Since its founding back in may 2010, LiveProg featured many bands and artists, both with reviews as well as with interviews. The original tagline was ‘platform for Indepenent Music’ and many unsigned, small and independent bands submitted their music to LiveProg.
Even after the hiatus, many new, young, independent and small bands find their way to LiveProg and that is where my heart truly lies. To give these bands a platform, an outlet, to reach a wider audience….hopefully.
But let’s be honest here: It is not easy to promote relatively unknown bands and musicians, regardless of the fact they create beautiful music. Our world, especially online, is run by algorythms and these prefer big, well-known names and money.
LiveProg has never been about money, always about the love for the music. And so here we still work hard to promote the music we love and try to reach as many as possible.
How to get featured?
So then, if you still are interested in getting featured on LiveProg, here’s how you can do that. You can get in touch with LiveProg via studio [at] liveprog [dot] nl.
Please note LiveProg focusses mainly on interviews, which can be done via Zoom or in person.
Although it all started with reviews, this has become an occasional thing, especially since there are so many reviewers already. But if you still want your album to be reviewed by LiveProg, please note that we only review physical media, not digital files.
When you are featured on LiveProg, we would appreciate it if you would share the video on your own website and/or social media, to enhance the reach.
