Out of this world: Lost 3mbers by My Arrival

Earlier in 2024, I reconnected with Sylvium’s Ben van Gastel, at the release show of Armed Cloud’s Nimbus album. We had a great talk there and one of the things Ben told me, was that he was invloved in a new band, My Arrival. Together with Fred Boks and Richard de Geest, who all at one point in time, had been members of Sylvium.

My Arrival released their first album back in 2020, Satur9 & Indigo. The follow-up, Lost 3mbers, was released on november 29th 2024. Ben was kind enough to send me a copy. Originally I had in mind to get the review of this album out just before the release. Sadly, health issues got in the way…

But I did listen to this album a lot. So many times, I lost track of it. Because it is such an incredibly beautiful album! So I really wanted to do a review of it. Well, just before 2024 ends, I finally managed to do a review of it.
