Two Minute Tuesday: Sprigganized

An album I almost overlooked! Isambard the Mechanical Dragon by UK pagan folk/prog band Spriggan Mist! Maybe it is because the album is released in a cardboard sleeve, which makes it a bit hard to find in my CD collection. But I recovered it, played it again and decided to devote a video to it. Of course I thought I could do that in about two minutes…yeah, right…

Just the story how I found this band was almost two minutes! But it is a band worth being discovered, because their music is great, their live shows are great and they play a lot of festivals with other prog bands…well, in the UK at least. They started out as a folk band, but at least their latest album, Isambard the Mechanical Dragon, released in 2022, has a lot of proggy elements in the music.

And some nice news to share…the band is working on their new album, which will be released in November and in the video I share the album title and cover art! So jump in and get Sprigganized!
